HOW TO USE IT
After Workouts/Between Meals
Clean Gainer™ should be combined with a calorie-rich diet and regular resistance training. For best results, use Clean Gainer along with the foods and beverages that you normally consume for additional daily calories and nutrients.
Mixing Directions
Mix two (2) scoops of Clean Gainer with 14-16 oz. of water, milk, or your favorite beverage in a shaker cup or blender. Shake or blend it up!
