As Leppin Sport Energy Shot is made from all natural ingredients and contains no
preservatives the ready mixed drink should be stored in the fridge.
Suggested use is 1 - 500ml mix per hour also supplemented with 1 or 2 Leppin Squeezy depending on the exercise intensity.
Directions : mix 2 scoops (40g) with 500 mls of water. Shake thoroughly. Drink as required during exercise.
