1. Definitions
"The Sportsfuel Club” means the rewards program operated by Sportsfuel providing members with access to benefits in accordance with these terms and conditions.
“Club Balance” means a member’s accumulated spend (after all returns and discounts have been applied) on valid purchases in-store and online, during a Club Period.
"Club Period" is each recurring period of 12 months starting from the Joining Date.
“Anniversary” means the day that the Club Period ends and starts again. The first Anniversary begins 12 months from a member’s joining date, and every 12 months thereafter.
“Joining date” means the date a member joins the Sportsfuel Loyalty Club program either by placing their first order, or creating a free account on sportsfuel.co.nz.
“Membership perks” means benefits given to members as a consequence of their purchases.
"Member account profile" means the section of the sportsfuel.co.nz website where members can view their personal details and Membership perks.
"Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
"Valid purchases" means all purchases except gift cards, discounted products, sale items and selected products which Sportsfuel determines are not eligible towards your Club Balance.
2. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in The Sportsfuel Club as provided by Sportsfuel. Under this program, members can access membership perks by spending money online or in-store. Membership is free. Eligible customers will access their membership account profile via the Sportsfuel website.
This program is available at Sportsfuel's discretion and is an incentive to customers. The ongoing operation and your participation in this program are not guaranteed by Sportsfuel. Sportsfuel has the right to change or cancel the program at any time.
It is a members responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions of this program, before joining The Sportsfuel Club. The member may opt out of this program at any time.
3. Eligibility
You are only eligible to participate in the program if you:
- Currently live in New Zealand
- Have a current and valid account with Sportsfuel.
You must not share your member account profile with any other person.
4. Membership tiers
There are five membership levels available as follows: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite.
Each membership level allows you access to different membership perks.
You will automatically unlock a membership tier if you spend the applicable amount needed to qualify for that membership tier, once the order has been fulfilled.
Once you have unlocked a new membership tier, you will remain in that membership tier for the remainder of your current Club Period, plus the following 12 month Club Period.
Your Club Balance will renew on your Anniversary. That is, the Club Balance will reset to zero once the new 12 month period commences. If you have not spent the applicable amount to re-qualify for your current membership tier, your membership will be recalculated. Any purchases that are returned for a refund will be subtracted from your Club Balance.
The minimum spend in a 12 month period required to attain each membership level are as below.
Bronze - $0
Silver - $150
Gold - $400
Platinum - $1,000
Elite - $2,000
Club Balance errors
If you think your Club Balance is incorrect, you must tell Sportsfuel as soon as possible after becoming aware of such error. You may report incorrect balances via email club@sportsfuel.co.nz.
5. Membership perks
Membership perks are not redeemable for cash. Membership perks may be subject to third party suppliers and may be subject to availability.
You can view your current Club Balance and membership perks in your member account profile section which is located in Your Account on the Sportsfuel website.
Coupon codes can be used online and in-store on all Valid Purchases.
6. Changes to The Sportsfuel Loyalty Club
Sportsfuel may modify or update any part of The Sportsfuel Loyalty Club at any time, including it's Membership perks offered under each membership tier. Sportsfuel will provide you with reasonable notice of any changes that will impact you or other members via email or the Sportsfuel website.
7. Personal information
Any personal information obtained by Sportsfuel will be used to facilitate a members participation in this program only. Your personal information will not be shared with any third party organisations.
8. Marketing consent
The member consents to receiving marketing and promotional material from Sportsfuel by email or other digital services. This clause is not applicable to members who unsubscribe or opt out of receiving marketing and promotional communication from Sportsfuel.
